St. Pete Chamber Announces 2015 Good ‘Burger Nominees

July 20, 2015 | St. Petersburg, FL – The St Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce® announces the nominees for the 3rd Annual Good ‘Burger awards. A Good ‘Burger is a business, organization, or individual in greater St. Pete making a positive impact in our community.

The 2015 Good ‘Burger Awards, presented by Florida Print Solutions will be held at Jannus Live on Thursday, September 3rd from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. The name “Good ‘Burger” historically comes from the citizens of St. Pete having been known as "burgers” (as in St. Petersburgers).

The Good Burger Awards are a fun way to celebrate the businesses in St. Petersburg that are going above and beyond to make our community the best it can be,” says Ryan Tarrant, Good ‘Burger Event Chair. “Each year keeps getting better and we’re excited for more growth and surprises with this year’s event.”

Awards will be given in the following categories:

                    Arts & Culture

                    Eats & Treats

                    Hot Spots & Hangouts

                    Community Conscious

                    Cool Companies Small 1–10

                    Cool Companies Medium 11–50

                    Cool Companies Large 51+

                    MVB - "Most Valuable Burger”

                    People’s Choice

The final category will include the top “People’s Choice” nominees chosen by voters. A committee of volunteers spent several weeks selecting the nominees from over 1,000 Chamber Members. We'd like to think of the nominations as a "love note" from the Chamber on behalf of the citizens of St. Pete.
